Express Shipping: This method is available for all orders and is chargeable. It takes 2-3 business days for the order to be delivered.

Order Tracking:

We provide our customers with a tracking number once the order is shipped. Customers can use this tracking number to track their order's status and estimated delivery date.

Delivery Charges:

We offer free standard shipping for all orders. However, customers will be charged for express shipping based on the weight and size of the product(s) ordered.

Delivery Address:

Customers can choose to have their order delivered to any address within India. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Order Processing Time:

We strive to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders received after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day.

Order Cancellation:

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Order Returns:

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. The product(s) returned must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges for returns.
