Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before the product(s) are shipped from the vendor. Please have your order number and relevant details available when you contact us. Once your cancellation request is received, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
If the product(s) have already been shipped, the cancellation request will not be accepted. You will need to wait for the product(s) to arrive and initiate a return request as per our return policy.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy for most products purchased on our platform. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product(s). Please have your order number and relevant details available when you contact us.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the product(s) must be in their original packaging and unused/uninstalled to be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these criteria.
Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
